The implementation period is 24 months, from 6 November 2025 to 5 November 2027.

A key component of the project is the renovation of the gymnasium at the school in the village of Dzhulyunitsa, including the introduction of energy-efficiency measures. Following the renovation, the facility will be transformed into a modern open space for knowledge, learning and community engagement. The center will host practical workshops, seminars, presentations and events aimed at supporting young people and the local community.

To implement the planned activities, Lyaskovets Municipality launched public procurement procedures for construction works, construction supervision services and the equipment of the future training facilities.

At present, the public procurement procedure for construction supervision has been successfully completed. On 22 December 2025, a public procurement procedure was published in the Bulgarian Public Procurement Register. Following the completion of the competitive procedure, a decision for contractor selection was issued on 6 February 2026.

The selected contractor for the construction supervision service is MULTIPLEX ENGINEERING Ltd.

On 19 March 2026, Lyaskovets Municipality signed a contract with MULTIPLEX ENGINEERING Ltd. for the provision of construction supervision services under the project.

The remaining public procurement procedures related to construction works and the supply of equipment for the future training spaces are currently in progress. Once completed, the implementation of the investment activities on site will begin.

The project aims to create a more accessible, modern and inclusive educational environment that promotes lifelong learning and supports the development of skills needed in contemporary society.
