A Major Project Marks the Beginning of 2026 for Creative Center Ruse
The year 2026 begins with a major new initiative for Creative Center Ruse, as the team expands its activities beyond the Ruse region.
As part of the ETLLIA – Enhanced Territorial Learning and Labour Integration Action project, a new digital training centre will be established in the Municipality of Lyaskovets. The project is funded under the Interreg VI-A Romania–Bulgaria Programme 2021–2027 and aims to improve access to modern education, digital skills and innovative training opportunities.
The initiative includes a wide range of specialised and forward-thinking training programmes, designed to prepare participants for the rapidly evolving digital and creative industries.
For the first time in Bulgaria, the project will introduce courses for hot air balloon pilots, offering a unique and unconventional pathway for professional development.
More about the project and its vision can be learned from Kalin Minev, Manager of the Human Resources Development Agency, who shares further insights in a dedicated interview.
