Experts from Creative Center Ruse Begin Systematization of Training Materials for the Future Digital Centre in Dzhulyunitsa
On April 12, 2026, experts from Creative Center Ruse launched a key phase in the preparation of training activities in the village of Dzhulyunitsa, starting the systematization and adaptation of educational materials that will be used in the future digital training centre.
This activity is part of the implementation of the ETLLIA – Enhanced Territorial Learning and Labour Integration Action project, funded under the Interreg VI-A Romania–Bulgaria Programme 2021–2027, which aims to improve access to quality education and develop digital skills in smaller and more remote communities.
Creative Center Ruse, together with the Human Resources Development Agency (HRDA), has extensive experience in delivering training programmes for children, students and adults in the field of creative and digital technologies. The training programmes, fully developed by HRDA experts, cover a wide range of topics, including:
- working with Adobe software products and digital content creation;
- game design and development of interactive projects;
- training for operators of internet-based applications;
- digital painting and use of specialised software;
- development of creative thinking and innovation skills;
- fundamentals of graphic design and visual communication;
- training under the Canva Academy, focused on creating modern visual content.
The accumulated experience from these programmes serves as the foundation for developing a new training system, which will be implemented in the digital centre in Dzhulyunitsa. The goal is to combine the project requirements with the real needs of participants, ensuring that the training is practical, accessible and oriented towards real career opportunities.
The new training approach will reflect current technological trends, including the growing role of digital tools and artificial intelligence, which are increasingly shaping modern professions.
Through the implementation of this system, residents of Dzhulyunitsa and nearby areas will have the opportunity to acquire new skills and competencies, supporting their integration into the modern labour market. The trainings will be aimed at both young people and adults seeking new knowledge or a new professional path.
This initiative represents an important step towards creating a sustainable educational environment and providing real opportunities for development and employment for the local community.
